If you have tested positive for Covid-19, please call or text to reschedule your appointment.  If you are not feeling well, I recommend that you wear a mask to your appointment.  Your comfort and health is important to me and I am happy to wear a mask upon request. 

Please allow at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations.  Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment cost at your next appointment.

We all know that there are occasional circumstances that cause us to run late.  Please text or call me if you are running late so I can adjust my schedule.  I will do my best to accommodate all my guests who arrive up to 15 minutes late.  If you run beyond 15 minutes late your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Your satisfaction is very important to me.  If you would like an adjustment to your cut, color, perm or style, please contact me within a week to schedule an adjustment.
